"Broil still getting fireball after delayed ignition, called techline. Techline says pressure for NG is 7-14 pressure, LP is 11-14. Orange broil base gasket could be culprit, checked it, did have some leakage around, patched, but no effect at all on fireball issue. Last thing that can be checked is gas pressure, advising @11 pressure. Under grace period. Closing call. 9011512 Orange broil base gasket."

Unit not making any abnormal noises at this time. Cleaned out filter area and cycled with no problems. RK

"Check unit, found the red door open icon on display. Wasnt on display when door is closed. Customer education for the door opening that itll be on display. Tighten the handles and leveled the doors. Unit is operating as designed"

Found seized compressor failing to start.Customer declined estimate for compressor replacemen. RK
