Nathan was great. Service was good. It was a little frustrating that it took about 2.5 weeks to get it done. Luckily I had other family options to get my laundry done. The only other comment was that the packing and old part were left behind in my laundry room (just a little thing)

Our issue of freezing temp in refrigeration unit was not solved. Remedy offered was set on lowest temp causing soft ice cream in freezer and cover unit with a blanket. He recommended we place unit in the house. It is placed in the garage for extra space. It was purchased as a garage ready unit from Costco as stated from their listing. We also had concerns about the loud gurgling sound. He said that was normal. It will be addressed again on July 2.

I thought the humans I dealt with were very excellent. The Ai scheduling was somewhat problematic. The biggest problem had to do with the part being sent to my address. For some reason the scheduling thought it hadn’t been delivered and cancelled a service appointment which was a great inconvenience to me. The repair was completed to my satisfaction.
