Your technician who came to the house was excellent and professional. If I could separately rate him he would get 5 stars. All other parts of the experience dealing with your company were disappointing and inefficient. I attempted numerous times far ahead of my appt to find out what arrival window I should plan for , I was not specifically told I wouldn’t find out this information until less than 12 hours before my appt. No one advised me that I should actually just take an entire day off work , since my preference on an afternoon arrival would not be considered. Your phone number refers customers to text for already set appts. The responses to these text messages was incredibly delayed for simple questions.
