Jerimiah was great, but when he checked for the part it was discontinued. He gave me the information needed and told me how to google for a used glass stove top. So far, no luck. Guess I have to buy a new stove. But it wasn't D3's or their rep's fault. He was polite, knowledgeable, and pleasant.

Jeremiah was great. He gave us timely updates on his arrival, explained the process of ordering parts, etc., and was very professional but also very friendly and personable.

Roman arrived on time, worked quickly, diagnosed the problem and reassembled the gas cooktop so we could use four of the five burners until parts could be purchased. We had the option of buying the parts ourselves. He said he would return to install them when we receive them.

Carlos is a very skilled technician and excellent communicator. He came prepared to diagnose an appliance problem and provide a plan to fix it. Carlos has been to my house twice for two different service calls. Very satisfied with his quality work and both outcomes. Highly recommend!
