Nathan was great, but it took 2 visits to perform the repair on my range because initially he wasn’t informed about the nature of the problem that I had reported in detail, so I had the brand new range working for about a week, then another 4 weeks+ to have it fixed. Zero complaints about Nathan, but your scheduling and the amount of time taken to complete the repair were less than satisfactory.

Nathan is a great technician, communicates, is patient and kind, respectful. However this washer hasn’t worked properly since purchase. This was the 2nd repair and this time I was told it was a non-warranty repair due to a stuck drain. The washer hasn’t drained loads correctly ever but we went with it. 2 days have passed and I’m out 180 for non-warranty work, plus $50 in laundromat money to wash my clothes. I just want a washer that works!
