"(JG) April 23 2026 9:49 am called eta 35 mins Client states the unit had suds error code , frothy soapy water leaked from unit.Findings : unit wouldnt go past drain and start a new cycle , unit has an eye watering scent of soap. upon inspection of units interior I found rust everywhere, see photos for detail. Soap scum has built up within the drain coin catch filter and was blocking the flow of water. Powdered detergent is everywhere , they have multiple canisters of an unbranded detergent. Possibly may not to be the appropriate detergent (non he ) and its eating away at units components causing rust. After the blockage was removed from filter I found the unit to be running a normal cycle but still soapy reside is causing foaming. Advised client to run a few empty loads to flush soap , run a clean cycle with afresh, and utilize he only soap (tide) at max 2 tablespoons and be present on first clothes wash use to ensure its not leaking :Spoke with melody from warranty of my findings of no mechanical fault found.
