Samsung created a warranty repair ticket that was completely wrong. You tech came out with wrong parts because of the Samsung rep. Causing your company to reschedule a second appointment. Your tech quickly assessed the actual situation and ordered, returned a week later and installed the parts and got the microwave working for the first time since we purchased it in march. We will not buy Samsung again, but will call you for our repair needs. Thank you for being prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable.
