checked unit MN/SN POPcustomer signed disclamer.customer started unit and unit made thunping sound. i stoped unit and opened the door checked shelves and sprayers all checked out good. spun bottom sprayer and it hit the bottom heating ellement. removed the bottom sprayer checked the bump guards on the sprayer. good. checked the heating ellement found that it is about 1/8 ' to tall. adjusted the sprayer and the heater ellement reassembled unit and tested = unit started and runs without the sound.customer is happy.it problem happens again we need the heater.heating element # ( WD05X30298 )please fill lout a tech servey!

Signed disclasimer. Put a leak board under unit and took pic. Replaced gearcase and rotor. Calibrated unit and a DLMS calibration. Perform a service test no errors when done. checked unit MN/SN POPcustomer signed disclamer.unplugged unit and removed control panel. unhooked control and removed control.installed new controler and reassembled unit.hooked up power. and tested.unit started finished draining .started a drain and spin cycle. unit started to spin and drain at end of cycle unit stopped. init tested good. drain no longer runs none stop.please fill out a tech servey.thank you.
