"The units control board, lower harness and lid lock were replaced. The unit was tested in diagnostic two times and passed both times. A load was ran with the customers towels the unit performed as designed. Customer was advised to contact me if they had any other issues."

The part was replaced. The unit was tested and is working appropriately now.
