"(JG) 9:26 am march9/2026 texted client eta 25 mins through sdm(JG) 10:00 am arrived.Clients complaint : lid lock flashing unit wont cycle , had another company out who quoted replacement lock.Findings : broken motor harness wires.Conclusion : repaired harness and adjusted and secured drain hose into stand pipe. Tested unit and verified functioning properly."

3/5/26 AB: CC leaking from water dispenser. Upon inspection of the unit the tech found panel damage done to the left side of the unit causing the soap dispenser to not align and seal properly to the frame. Spoke with Tech support and there are no replacement parts for the side panels/frame assembly. Unit is up for review with Breda. Service complete as of now.

03/03/26 JGClient complaint : water in fridge drawer.Findings : drain pan of fridge section was clogged with debris.Resolution : removed clog via steamInspected condenser pan / cleaned & cleaned condenser coil. Service is complete.

2/26/26 AB : removed and replaced damaged parts. Plugged unit in and tested functions. Found no further issues and service is complete.

2/24/26 AB: CC that front left burner is not working. Tech removed the burner assembly and found debris by the igniter. Tech service the burner and tested functions. All operations restored.
