"(JG) 9:43 am may/7/26 called client to see if they wanted a visit today , they happily agreed. ETA 45 mins.Before pulling unit I tookPictures of flooring , at the kick plate I saw the floor is warping and scratched. Notified client this is pre existing, she states shes aware of it. Under unit is warped and water stained. Replaced parts. Ran unit through full diag mode code e3300 - fill issue. Contact Bosh tech support who determined that the parts I installed and ordered were correct however this is now a home plumbing issue due to unit not getting enough water pressure ( unit is time filled not pressure sensed fill) documentation number is clients phone number & our account number"
