Called tech line talked to Bruce. Tech-Line says unit is operational to factory spec. They are saying its cosmetic damage and nothing they can do about issue. Unit is level. Customer unsatisfied with whirlpool customer service and fixes to unit.

Unit displayed f10-e3 error which is vent error. Checked resistance of fan motor and wax motor and they are in spec's. May be the board or vent system but I recommend getting both parts to eliminate chance at guessing wrong. Declined repair. $149.95 CK Auth# JW9X94

Installed board to unit. Tested all ops sat per factory spec.

Installed new main pcb to unit. Tested unit all ops per factory spec. Customer is going to watch unit for 24 hours to make sure temp stays consistent and accurate.
