Service was great and tech was experienced, but the whole process took way too long. This was for service on a Warranty from Lowes where they guaranteed 48-hour service. This process of being placed on the schedule, waiting for the appointment, getting the parts and then being placed BACK on the schedule took 6 weeks. The company should have prioritized the return visit with parts immediately upon receipt of parts and not put us back on their regular scheduling list, waiting another 3 weeks for install.

James was great to have here to work on our dishwasher. He had to come back several times because different parts had to be ordered at each stage to complete the work. He was very nice, professional, and neat about the work space. The only minor complaint I had was the amount of time it took to get it done between the three visits James had to come. But, that had nothing to do with James or D3. It was simply the way it ended up being due to shipping times for dishwasher parts and tech availability between service calls. Thank you for finally getting a working dishwasher for us!
