Client states she pays monthly a lot of money for warranty coverage and the contract is about to expire. Wants a general check up saying its not working to expectations and the lint trap felt sealIs loose. Cleaned and re secured seal to lint trap. Found unit is overheating due to clogged vent lines. This is not a machine fault. Client advised to have a hvac company clean vents as this will cause a fire. Units overheating .

May/21 9:26 am (JG) left vm eta 10:15 amClient states she wasnt expecting an appointment until may/28. Her concerns with are with both washer and dryer are coming close to end of warranty period and both are arent working to expectations washer doesnt wring out clothes. Luckily client had a load of bedding going that would be done in 30 mins. I stayed and observed the behavior of unit during cycle. While this was occurring client came into laundry room and mentioned she lays a lot of money yearly for warranty coverage and her coverage was going to expire and she wanted a visit for a general check up.after cycle completed i found no issue with unit and at the end of cycle clothes were not sopping wet and were wrung out perfectly. No machine fault found
