Second time for this same warranty repair. Makes me question Kitchen Aide’s quality, but the technician was professional and we would welcome him back. The replacement part was delivered before he arrived, and he knew exactly what to do. I love the ability to see his progress during the day so that we knew when to expect him.

Technician was great however the communication from the company that he works for I was very subpar

The service wasn’t even started as the tech was required to have me sign a document that stated “Customer agrees to indemnify and hold D3/ A-OK harmless for any injuries, property damage, or losses related to service.” Of course I declined to sign such an agreement. I was told it meant only preexisting conditions even though that is most certainly not what this says. I offered to hand write the disclaimer without this sentence as that was the only one I took exception to but they refused. Said if I didn’t sign the disclaimer as is, they would not service my equipment.

I was very unhappy with the complete experience. The technician was very patronizing. I explained my problem 3 times. He then called tech services and told them he could not understand what my problem was. He was rude and I finally asked him to just leave as I was completely insulted and angry. This was the worst service experience in my long life.
