8/3/26 BA: tech found evap fan blade pushed too far back on motor assembly causing the fan not to turn properly. Tech adjusted the fan blade to the proper position. Service is complete.

7/15/26 BA: removed and replaced master switch assembly with jumper kit. Unit is now powered on and compressors are running. Told Cx to wait up to 24hrs for proper temps and maybe longer for ice production. Condenser unit serviced as well. Service complete$229.95 CC Auth# U949AV
