Thanks for the working oven!

Great experience with Erik. He was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure we were being taken care of with our appliance issues and explained in depth what was going on. Great experience with him for sure

Antonio was prompt and gave me a diagnosis that the dishwasher was giving me a fault code due to a failed drain pump assembly and quoted me $800 +/- for the repair. Since that was essentially the cost of a replacement dishwasher I declined that service. Since I had to replace the machine I uninstalled it after Antonio left. Once uninstalled I took a look at the drain pump assembly which was fairly easy to remove. I discovered a piece of loose round plastic inside the impeller housing which I removed. I then reassembled everything and the dishwasher is now functioning normally as far as I can tell. I am very upset about paying close to $300 to be upsold on an expensive and unnecessary repair when the actual problem could be fixed by a novice, with no knowledge of the appliance, in less than an hour. This problem could have been fixed during the service visit but as it turned out I had to do it myself. I think I deserve a refund.

Erik is wonderful as always. He diagnosed our problem and made recommendation to fix it. Always spot on with his assessments. Thanks Erik!
