Customer still saying that compressor runs for quite a while. Spoke to Chris with Whirlpool TS. Cleaned condenser coils. Sent him pictures of frost pattern and of fridge top and sides. Told him the times that the compressor goes on and off. He said to use a temp recorder to get different temps and compare them to see if in range or not but he does not see any issue with the fridge since the compressor does eventually turn off. Advised customer and referred him to Whirlpool customer service.

Replaced diffuser. Customer mentioned and showed me dents in fridge. Compressor running constantly. Spoke to Chris with Whirlpool TS. Amp draw okay. He explained that diffuser not working would keep the compressor running because it can't cool properly. He gave me SR # 7741044145. Advised customer.
