F6e3-(1) f0e7-(1) unit leaking water from incoming water lines. Found rotor stator screw fallen out. Reinstalled. Agitator had couple cracks and holes in it. All other ops sat per factory spec. Customers going to fix leak and agitator them selfs.

"Replaced three listed parts. Used HASS to force cycles so I can watch temperature drops on the evaporators, inside the compartments. Hooked up my gauges to verify refrigerant pressures were still good. Had a good Frost pattern developing on the freezer evaporator and the unit started to cool. All fans and sensors are testing good. I hope this refrigerator works perfectly now."
