D3 Appliance was contracted through our washer warranty company. They were sent after another company dropped the contract and left us without a resolution to our problem. D3 contacted us quickly to discuss what the issue was with only my memory of what the prior company tech said was wrong. Parts were ordered and sent to our house without a bunch of hoops. Austin came out the beginning of a snow storm and determined not all the parts were ordered, he ordered the rest of the parts and was out the next week, still plenty of snow on the ground. Austin fixed the issue quickly and efficiently. Our washer is back to normal
