Tech fixed the problem for washer, but now it leaks water. I've made sure all hoses and drain tube is securely connected, machine leaks from bottom of machine.

Jessie seemed knowledgeable and I appreciated his decision to replace the evaporative cooler and he did agree there may have been a small leak but the thermometers we had were not accurate in his opinion. I hope all is fixed! Thanks for coming to Trinidad as there are not a lot of companies willing to do so. Frustrating that it took so long because of parts supply issues and scheduling long drive for service calls.
