No complaints of misshapen cubes or leaks.Placed unit in service mode, all sensors are good, activated all moving parts , cannot replicate noise concern. Advised client to clean condenser as it has a lot of debris build upOn it. Cannot replicate noise concern unit is free of machine fault @ this time"

"4/17/26 BA: CC that unit is not responding to touch and start button will not work. Tech removed the front panel of the door to access the control panel and found a loose connection at the display board. Tech fixed this issue and tested the machine. Gave customer education on how to operate machine. Service is complete, customer approved."
