Austin was superb. He arrived on time, knew exactly what to do and explained everything clearly. We are very satisfied with his service and highly commend him. I would also add that it was easy and pleasant to do business with D3/AOK service and scheduling. In all, it has encouraged me to renew my Lowe's Extended Warranty, which I had been waivering on.
