Antonio did a good job of cleaning the condenser grills and coil. However, that didn't fix the problem. We still get a few clunking sounds followed within a minute with the ice tray filling. This has been going on for a year or two.
Thanks for the review, and for the kind words about Antonio! The clunk followed by the tray filling is usually the normal ice-maker cycle — ice drops into the bin, then it refills with water, a few times a day. Since it's the tray filling, the ice maker is getting water. Happy to have a service manager reach out and explain just in case!
