Went through machine and pulled a bunch of hair from gearcase shaft tested machine working ok customer to monitor

Installed parts tested machine no more noise

"Installed latch, reset unit, tested machine working as should"

Installed console tested machine working as should

The units parts were replaced. There was no loud sounds when I was on scene. the customer is going to evaluate and monitor the unit. Customer will reach out if theres any further issues.
