"June 24, 10:37 AM JG, called ETA 20 minutesClients concern : moisture in unit after cycle / dishes wet / condensation. Dent right side flashing found after install.Findings: unit has 6 dedicated mounting brackets (two on top /2 each left and right side ) to secure unit into cabinetry. Above the unit is plywood and on top of that is stone. None of the brackets are being utilized and are free of screws.The only things holding unit in place are 4 self tappers driven into the side flashing that covers the gap of space between unit and cabinets. Unit has no jet dry in it & client has not done official set up of unit per user manual. I did fill it with jet dry and adjust the tabs section to match the detergent being utilized. From the kitchen sink it took over 90 seconds for hot water to reach 118f. No error codes found and unit passed service mode diagnostic tests.Documented findings with tech support. Cosmetic damage is not covered and the drying issue is not a machine fault."
