Techline was contacted and ran diagnostics on the fridge with me SR 7740110921. All the diagnostics came back good at this time. There was no frost buildup on the evaporator. The unit unit was placed back into regular operation. Customers doors were locked and secured behind me. I attempted to call the customer twice with no success couldnt get through on their phone line.

"The units control assembly, line, lid, lock, lower harness drain pump, capacitor, shifter and strike assembly were replaced. The unit was recalibrated and ran through a diagnostic cycle that it passed. The customer was provided a water test strip and advised to contact if they have any issues."

The pump and motor assembly were replaced in the unit. The unit was tested for leaks by being ran multiple times. No leaks were detected. The unit worked appropriately. The customer was provided of water test strip and a business card to follow up if there was any other issues.

"The motor, idler pulley, belt, heating element, and thermostats were replaced. The unit was ran and heated appropriately while turning. The customer signed all appropriate documents and was advised to contact us if there was any issues."

Tech-Line was contacted SR7739950371. The unit was deemed unrepairable due to a defect in the liner on the left side. Photos were attached. The parts were replaced to see if the defect was manageable however the drawer still fell out. The customer was given the SR# and advised to contact Customer Service for further instructions per Tech-Line. Photos were attached.
