"called tech support, believe issue is related to the install fo the unit, the sides are super tight and only 1 inch of clearance on top, tech seems to think that units compressor may be damaged, cust is goingto run the unit with it out of the space for a couple of sdays and see if the unit starts colling nicely now, cust will call back if needed"

Talked to Dave at Techline, no other suggestions given, Dave will contact Bruce (regional mgr) who will contact mtn high to get unit set up for replacement. Per techline told Cust will be contacted no later than Friday but will have Cust call them by Friday if no resolution has yet been received. Closing call. Ticket 99963"

"Customer showed that ice tray had pooled frozen water in it. Waited for ice maker to harvest, at which point noticed that the water pressure coming to the fridge was strong causing water to spill out of ice maker. Informed customer that they will need water valve coming to fridge adjusted and that will take care of the issue."

Replaced failed items. Ice maker working properly at this time. Customer will monitor.
