Duane was so extremely helpful, before he came I hated my new washer, after he left I love my machine, he trained me how to use machine, step by step, was so patient and completely thorough, did not leave until I fully understood all functions of machine, this man was my savior!!! He is a great asset to whirlpool!! I truly hope he is appreciated!!
