"Customer complaint that dishwasher has been worked on a total of 8 times and its still leaving a hazy residue on the dishes and thumping during wash cycle. Other tech that have been out changed sump, sump pump, spray arms and racks. Unit still having the same issues. Called tech support gave case number 13684231 and recommended customer call consumer relations to get dishwasher replaced."

Replaced failed part. Fridge working properly at this time. No loud noise.
