Kyle came and diagnosed a problem with our new frig. He ordered parts and returned yesterday to install them. Friendly, efficient and professional. Good job!

Nathan did a fabulous job explaining why the part was being replaced and what he would be doing. We were never notified about the time the technician would show up at the first appointment that you gave us and then no one showed up. The second appointment was made and when I called to find out what time they would show up, I was informed that the appointment was pushed out over a week. Third time was a charm, but I still had to call to find out the time of the appointment.

We found David to be friendly and knowledgeable. He more than met our expectations concerning an unusual problem.

Domingo, was very knowledgeable, and polite. Went above and beyond to explain the issues! Awesome job!

David was great but was not informed by your office of the issue with our fridge and did not bring the part we needed. We filled out the questionnaire regarding what we needed 8 days before he arrived and expected him to get that information and have the needed part with him.

Incredible support. Professional, courteous, timely and honest. Told us exactly what we needed, what to expect and how to deal if anything went wrong after he departed. Did not try to add anything in, just gave us his best. D3 rocked it for us!

What a wonderful experience getting my dishwasher repaired! Richard found the problem quickly and taught me a lot as well.

Your tech is 5 stars -Excellent - efficient , professional , friendly, communicates efficiently as needed. All other aspects of interactions are 1 star. Communication via text and with office by phone is ineffective , and slow. This has been consistently terrible over the numerous appts, I have had to make. What is the point of offering texting as a means to communicate if no one will respond in a timely manner? If I had the option to deal with a different company I would have. Your excellent technician has completed the repair. So I am hopeful we will not need to make further appointments.

Should it have taken 7 visits, over 5 months. We are pleased that oven and microwave are now both working. Should have contacted Frigidaire tech sooner. Jeff and Chris pleasant people, appreciate their work.

I had to wait for 3 weeks to get my fridge fixed under warranty when it took less than 2 hours total to fix, James was great and knew what he was doing but the company needs to figure out a better schedule

Thomas is not a real fireball of. Worker. Broke a part and left the box and garbage behind.
