I thought that it was going to be a nightmare having to deal with the manufacturer when our refrigerator stopped working, but it was a very pleasant experience. The customer service was great and they came out and fixed the refrigerator almost immediately. I have nothing but great things to say.

My service in home was Personable, prompt to the scheduled time would call again if I need a repair or service.
My only issue with the company is how long it took to get out here, it was a long lead time.

Jeff fixed the problem with the stove and was helpful with providing some user information. If he can provide a “ how to use” manual I will give him a five. Although he never would say why the stove needed a reset so I don’t have this problem again.
