We had a warranty repair on our induction oven. Our service tech Jeremiah was knowledgeable and outstanding in his field. He knew exactly what the problem was and worked quickly to repair it. The only delay was the parts to come in, but that is the norm right now. He was very friendly and answered all of our question and we always have a lot of questions! Thank you!

Did well, explained things and actively troubleshooted with manufacturer to provide a flawless fix. And had to deal with some difficult access, but just got on with it. Good job. Would love to have him come again if we have some appliance to fix
