Jesse was professional, but the evening of the day he left, our dishwasher flooded and tripped the breaker again. He said that the top drawer showed no signs of leaking and that any leaking was likely from us stacking dishes too high. So we used the top drawer and ensured all dishes were nowhere near the top, but mid-way through the cycle, the breaker tripped again. When I flipped the breaker back, there was the same F1 error we’ve been getting recently. I pulled out the bottom drawer and sure enough, the drain pan was flooded. I think Jessie assumed that the issue was with the breaker and not the dishwasher which is frustrating since he didn’t seem to listen to our descriptions of repeated flooding in the past. I called this morning to try to get a technician out here this morning, but now we’ll have to wait over a week to be seen again. I’m going to contact Fisher and Paykel to see if I can get a different service company to help sooner.
