Unit dispensing soap too slow. Not enough suds. Inspect unit and ran diagnostics. Soap concentration level was too low. Moved the level up and soap was dispensing properly. Let customer know too much suds can cause issues with the machine. Unit is good to go. Charged customer 129.95 for service charge.$140.08 CC Auth# FJW94X

D3Appliance gave excellent customer service when they came to check our Whirlpool washer and they repaired it. Rick Edwards was very helpful in scheduling and working with our schedule.
