Domingo was professional and knowledgeable. Very pleasant to speak to. It appears the issues with my refrigerator maybe fixed but it’s only been a little more than 24 hours since service was completed.
My biggest complaint is the timeframe given for service. 8am to 5 pm is ridiculous. You should surely be able to narrow the timeframe down to an hour or hour and a half. People are busy and cannot wait within an 9 hour timeframe.
