"Customer states chemical smell during operating of cycle. Ran dishwasher, about the 45 minute mark started to smell the chemically odor the customer was describing. Opening the door to the dishwasher the odor got stronger. Checked the Zeolite container to verify no water had gotten in past the seal, into the hose connecting to the fan. Verified no water in hose to fan. Slight condensation on inside of fan tunnel to side of unit. Called tech line on how to proceed with repair. Techline stated to email them with photp of proof of purchase, model and serial tag, and a detailed email stating what previous technician (not d3) did along with my findings. Techline stated it will go in for approval and customer will hear back via email from Bosch in a couple business days."

Overall, you guys have done a great job!… you guys are easy to get a hold of on the phone, kept me updated with text and emails which I like!…The only time that left me a little disappointed was the last visit
(there were 3 total) I feel like you guys kind of dropped the ball. The tech left my house with the oven still not connecting to Wi-Fi and still can’t hit confirmed button to do anything, it will not work. After spending over an hour on the phone with the tech line, they determined that two visits ago when you guys replaced the touchpad, the main brain of the oven as well as all of the wiring harnesses… That the device and serial number and model number were not programmed correctly and therefore, they said the unit is no good and the whole oven needs to be replaced now!…which at this point is what I wanted to happen since it’s been three visits, three touchpads and still the same issue. honestly, this whole experience has been a nightmare, but it’s not the repair company’s fault. It’s a shitty design done by whirlpool…. they told me I need to start covering my food when I use the air fryer function… I shouldn’t have to do that!
