4/17/26 BA: Removed and replaced evaporator fan/cover assembly and checked temperatures. No more error codes and service is complete.

Replaced the heater defrost and the control follow all the instructions to put new defrost by lg service bulletin CNZ202300174-01 and test it and it worked

This is not a re work & is a separate issue.The unit is cooling fine and the client had put a new ticket in for the mullion flapper that was annotated as pre existing damage in the old claim.I spoke with tech support and explained the prior history and they declared the claim denied.Spoke with warranty and gave them tech support ruling. They said to close out and collect and they annotated that this is not a call back.

"Checked washer, splines of agitator are stripped out, screw will not stay tight. Quote in quick pics. Cx thinking about repairs."

Replaced ice maker and tested operation all checks ok

Replaced filter and check and told cx to call someone to fix vent bc none of the vent outside blows air when dryer is on and it have d80 code

"CUSTOMER REFUSED REPAIR- pulled out on slide, unplugged, had glass top off unit. Called her husband and he said DO NOT REPAIR WANTS REPLACEMENT. REASSEMBLED UNIT, REFUSED TO SIGN. Returned part."

Installed new drain hose cycle tested unit all tested fine at this time

Installed new duct assembly cycled all tested fine customer is running a load

Installed ordered evap fan cover. Tested ops all ckok

"No air flow, vent blocked on 3rd floor apartment, maintenance said vent was cleaned, overheating and went to 257 degrees with vent tube connected, disconnected vent and cycle temp is normal. Vents to roof and needs maintenance to remove restrictions in vent."

Advised to open new ticket Called wright tech. Says to have client call in for new ticket regarding any other issues"

Replace compressor. Drier and stub. Charge unit. Test op. All okay.
