MIELE WALL OVEN

We called in and explained that our brand new Meile Oven was not working, and also diagnosed the problem of the door switch, unfortunately, the way the door closes does not engage to switch each and every time, which causes the microwave to not work
This was explained, and I believe I shared a YouTube video of the Meile problem. Unfortunately, when the tech came, who was very nice, he was not given this information, and explain that he also needed a second person to help him remove the oven and rebuild the door/switch.
Hoping that we can resolve, as I have a brand new Meile speed oven, which still does not work properly
