Nathan was very professional. However waiting two weeks for a service call on a brand new machine was not easy. We have been without a dryer since April 10th. The machine was working when Nathan left but after one dryer load the machine made huge thumping noise and so we are now still without a dryer. I contacted Roby’s and they said they would get to me. So far no answer….

We got an appointment with 48 hours of calling. Communication was excellent & the technician tracking tool was great. Nathan figured out the problem in about 15 minutes and then worked with me to make sure I knew how to use it. He was friendly, professional and efficient.

Nathan did a fabulous job explaining why the part was being replaced and what he would be doing. We were never notified about the time the technician would show up at the first appointment that you gave us and then no one showed up. The second appointment was made and when I called to find out what time they would show up, I was informed that the appointment was pushed out over a week. Third time was a charm, but I still had to call to find out the time of the appointment.
