checked unit MN/SNcustomer signed disclamer.checked parts good.pulled out unit and turned off water.removed water valve and installed new water valve.unhookes water lines on back of unit and from freezer section and unstalled new hosses.attached spcers and checked the water valve for anything out of place attached water line and turned water back on.checked for and leaks found none. purged water line to dispencer and reset ice machine in freezer. untill water was filling tray.tested unit good.please fill out a tech servey. thank you.

checked unit MN/SN customer signed disclamer.checked parts Good.removed top panel and removed front right rod and spring set and installed new one worked my was clockwise around unit replacing rods and springs untill compleate.reassembled unit found crack on control panel ( WH22X28844 )and small dents on bottom front corners of box.

checked unit found the damper was not open.checked wireing good.checked control wires to damp good.put unit into service mode and tested fan motor / damper. wached damper open and close.I reset unit and tested if damper was responsiv. set temp and put in temp probe. watched unit drop from 70F . unit tested good.please fill out a tech servey. thank you.

checked unit MN/SNcustomer signed disclamer.cstomer siad the water level was malfunctioning. removed control coved. checked the water presure hose. found the hose was plugged. removed back panel found where the hose was kinked. adjusted hose and reassembled unit.put unit into service mode checked error codes unit had a F8E1 = long fillF0E9 = unballanced lad.F0E5 = unballanced load pause.reset codes. ran a diagnostic cycle and recallabrated unit..tested unit good.
