Could not fix machine minor crack on back left of tub causing unit to leak did not notice because at diagnostic the dishwasher would not drain so unit was not giving water upon changing drain pump unit drained and received water during cycle machine stopped giving e15 code which means it detected a leak uninstalled drain pump and reinstalled to double check if it was new drain pump but leak was at the rear of unit not front where drain pump is located customer would like a copy of this being they just bought the house and would like something in written stating that unit is not fixable also cx is wondering if he can get money back for part which is 86.36 if possible set expectation that might not be possible

Checked the unit MN SN POP Customer signed disclaimer Pulled the unit out and unhooked power supply.Removed the clamps holding the pump on.Removed the pump and wires.I installed the new pump and reconnected the wiring.Secured the hoses and reclaimed.Checked all connections good.Reinstalled the unit and restored power.Tested the unit for leaks found none.Tested the pump good.This unit is operating as designed by factory.If you are satisfied with the service I have provided you with today then please share your experience with others and fill out a online technician survey for ( D-3 A-OK Appliance service inc. )Thank you.Tech . Checked the unit MN SN POP Customer signed disclaimer.Found the unit in defrost. Pulled the unit out andProceeded to take off the machine panel and check the Condenser.
