Then did a quick service test wouldnt start. Removed control panel checked light on control and UI are flashing as should. Removed pwr from ACU and then disconnected UI from control. Reconnected UI and then reapplied pwr to ACU. Put into service test unit started as should and went thru test ok. Did test again and started fine. Unit is working as designed. "Customer's complaint unit has mold and mildew inside of her clothes, and there was a black stain that seemed to die, some of the clothes and mildo does not do this. So we found a stamped numbers on the inside of the dispenser and I reached in there, and I wiped my finger across it, and it did wipe off onto my fingers and I had to wash it off? It did wash off so I can't say for sure that that's what it was. She's going to do a self clean on the machine with vinegar and go from there unit is operating properly at this time"

"Contacted Techline SR-22408375 to document corrective action and operational verification. Installed the broil and bake components in accordance with manufacturer service procedures. After installation, the unit was fully reassembled and placed into a high-load operational test. The oven was set to 500?F, and the unit was operated with all cooktop burners energized simultaneously, along with both bake and broil functions active, to simulate maximum electrical demand. During this test condition, total current draw was measured at approximately 42.6 amps using a clamp-on ammeter. The unit maintained normal operation with no error codes, interruptions, or abnormal behavior observed. It was also noted that the unit is currently protected by a 40-amp GFCI circuit breaker. Based on the measured load exceeding 40 amps under maximum operation, the existing GFCI breaker is undersized for the units electrical demand and may be subject to nuisance tripping under normal use. I removed the instalation screws and pulled the oven out about 1/2 inch the clicking stopped. I pushed it in all the way and the clicking came back. The customer needs to build the opening out to prevent binding.
