Signed disclaimer. Put into serv ice test. F9E2 drain issue.F8E4 overflow switch activated. Cleared error codes and removed kick plate found over flow had quite a bit of wtr in it. Removed and cleaned out wtr. Reinstalled ran unit there is a lot of soap in unit likely it overflowed. Ran unit until flushed out soap. Wtr fairly clear. Could not see where wtr was coming from anywhere else. Drain hose was coming out of garbage disposal straight down. Raised it up so wtr from sink wouldnt back flow into unit. Would suggest customer use a dishwasher cleaned every now and there to keep soap residue from building up. Please fill out tech satisfaction survey. Thank You.

Verified the unit information customer signed disclaimer.Checked the unit and tested the water distribution on the inside of the compartment. Water took its time to get to the outlet. I put my pad down and pulled the unit out. Removed the back panel and checked the water valve. Found the hose going to the water distributor was dripping. Removed the hose and clipped about 1' of it off. Reattached it and tested = it worked without leaking and reassembled the unit. Tightened up the water inlet hose and put the unit back into place. Signed disclaimer. Removed wtr then tried to activate drain nothing. Found that door switch wasnt activating properly made an adjustment now unit starts but drain pump just hums had to remove unit and then drain pump found some seeds that had gotten caught in it. Cleaned unit out than reassembled and installed. Test run unit is now working as should. Put a leak board under unit and took pic. This can be removed if no leak is detected at some point.
