Signed disclaimer. Removed rear and top panels checked for any gas leaks with sniffer could find none. Checked gas regulator and all lines. Checked supply line it is not leaking. Checked operation of unit in bake. Burner flames are blue no yellow flame. Checked gas valve amp draw should be between 3.3 -3.6 it ios 3.47 ok. The gas valve is opening and closing as should.Customer is indicating doent trust the unit and wants it replaced. Top burner still doesnt light right. Doesnt want us to mess with it anymore.

"Signed disclaimer. Installed mid conduit blaster,hose bottle blaster and the cover. As well as the sprayer arm for the upper rack. Cleaned the filter screen it is reaslly dirty again and customer has been washing items in unit that should be scraped off could see where it has collected and not flushed out this affects the cleansiness of the dishes. Explained to customer to remove these items. Can leave film on dishes but needs to remove large items. Operating as should Put thru a quick rinse cycle to help flush.
