"JG August 11th 11:36 AM contacted client even informed ETA 30 minutesClients complaint is that for a long time the unit has been resetting mid cycle but recently it powered down and the screen unresponsive and black.Findings - breaker was tripped. After client reset it unit got 120. Found the power cord charred and misshapen ,unit operates but plug barely seats into outlet. Unit is unplugged for safety reasons and client has been advised to get an electrician to inspect home wiring /outlets/breakers"

Arrived and cx complaint of dryer tripping breaker intermittently. I tested amperage draw on start up. 13 amps. Tested running amps 9 to 12. Dryer is functioning as designed. Informed cx of possible breaker issue. Couldn't duplicate breaker tripping.

Found the bolt latch mechanism is all the way out and won't return. Removed and replaced bolt latch.

Installed new boat latch cycle tested all tested good unable to disable wont latch for customer. Otherwise all checks good at this time. Job complete.

"Hit start and the drain pump doesnt come on. Hear clicking in the diverter motor. Then the circulation pump comes on and runs for a long time. Called tech support. There is and F6E4 no water. F6E2 diverter trying to find position, and F9E1 drain error. All are related to the big piece of glass stuck under the flood switch. Ran a service cycle with all functions working."

"While tech was taking out the wall oven and putting it on a cart, it was almost out and the lady asked to put a towel behind it. Its was too late in a way and I said its almost out. She insisted so I stopped and she pulled the whole left side loose making the oven only resting on the right side. I said I was more worried about 300 pounds of oven falling on me and she and her husband were only concerned with scratching the cabinet. I emphasized I could of been killed it it went wrong. Her husband said from where he was that I was in no danger. I asked him how many ovens has he taken out on an oven dolly before. I told him I have done a hundred or more and how can he gamble my safety on his opinion based on no experience. They told me if I can't do things their way that I should leave. I agreed. I then put everything back in and all the whole the wife, who told ME to stop talking, continued to talk. I kept trying to correct her assessment I wasn't concerned with her cabinets. I was. Just more concerned about the oven falling out! On the way out she threatened me about sending videos. I said to please send the whole video. It will surely vindicate me as I did not curse, call names or raise my voice. I was polite and professional. Please dont send anyone from D3 back to these selfish people who have no respect for the safety of someone there to fix their oven."
