"one of the previous trips i found that i miswired the bin sensor, so unit was taking over an hour to make a cube, remedied that and today when i went to the home the unit had full ice the cubes are a formed very solid with not a real defined indent in the ice cube but they look good but ice is still taking about 30- 40 mins to make which i believe is due to the size of the cube, tol cust we could reduce the size which sould give the cubes a larger divit and would porduce faster. gave cust option as a thinner cube which will melt faster or keep the size he has and unit will take longer to melt, cust choose to stay with the current size"

Checked unit MN SN POP Customer signed disclaimer.Looked at the unit found the unit satisfied. Adjusted the temp lower in order to start the unit. Customer then emptied the ice maker.Unit still not making sounds. Left unit open for 5 minutes Until the compressor came on. It is running extra quietly.I can not get the unit to make the sound. Put unit into service mode and ran tests on all components.When I changed the compressor speed it started to vibrate. Pulled the unit out and removed back panel. Checked machine compartment. Found when I'd push on the condenser it would vibrate the bottom of the freezer box. Adjusted the condenser and put some foam between it and the box. Tested vibration is gone Tested the unit good .No more sound. Please fill out a tech servey.
