"I originally called LG for my diagnostics. They had me order several parts. I installed the harness, the control board and the thermistor and I can hear the relay. Click meaning the user interface is working. The the control board is working. The lights are going on and off with the door so the door switch is working, I believe it's a motor but because the customer went through LG rather than us. I don't know if they want to go further with this unit is not working at this time"
