"Customer signed disclaimer, stated that the lid lock isn't working like it should.Ran diagnostic test and 22 error came up =out of balance load. Noticed the cabinet of the lid was bent and causing lid lock not to make complete contact. Legs needed leveling also.Bent frame back into place and door locked like it should.PLEASE TAKE TECH SURVEY! We sent a ignitor for the broil element complaint..Unit has a electric broil element Gas bake element and gas cooktop Broil element is heating and working properly Unit is only 110v so that explains the slow heating times. Spoke to tech line to confirm my thinking and they did They stated use and care manual states broil is not for cooking but only for browning purposes
