"Called the tech line (SR7741951032), and they said the issue is with the drain hose installation. Right now, the hose is lying flat on the ground, but it needs to be raised to the tub level of the machine. Because its flat, its interfering with the pressure sensor that controls the water level. Thats why when the unit starts, it fills with water, then drains, and stops after a certain amount of time. Once they adjust the drain hose properly, they should try running the unit again."

"Checked unit, found suspension rods functioning. Found F0E3, F0E5, F7E4, and F8E6. Call tech support while calibrating and tested diagnostic mode. From tech support, the unit is overloaded causing the off balance issue and making the basket harder to reengage. Was told to let the customer know not to overload unit, otherwise theyll get an out of balance error. Unit is operating as designed.SR7741939388"
