Verified the information & customer signed disclaimer.Checked the unit and found it was slightly forward leaning so I leveled it. Customers complaint unit making a rattling sound and not drying in certain settings. I explained to them how to use The Dry boost on the unit and tested the unit. The unit just needed to be tightened down a little bit. There's no more noise coming from it. That's abnormal unit operating properly at this time
