Cloths are not drying properly on auto cycle. Removed top and checked wire harness to ACU. Found the plug to sensing bar not snapped in place. Pushed in until clipped. Checked vent restriction is .40 good. Put a load of wet cloths in unit to see if it sensing the cloths. Sensing is on in the display. After abit shows wet. So it is sensing the wet cloths. Checked vent temp high heat 150 degrees 135 low cycling as should. Dryness level set to More. Customer needs to be aware that need to be drying like cloths. If a thinner material is in with thicker and the thinner material hit more unit will think cloths are drier and shut down too soon. Also must use enough cloths to touch the sensing bar consistently. Sensed damp and now is in cool down. Checked towels are dry. Please fill out survey

Checked unit and saw the ui board wasnt responding. Replaced the main board and ui board. Tested unit. Wasnt able to get it at 350 degrees without turning off. Also the ui board is responsive. Unit working as designed.
