Customer signed disclaimer. Tried to cycle icemaker it wouldnt. Replaced it. Now does but no wtr comes in. Removed inspection panel over compressor checked inlet valve found wiring to valver not connected. Unstalled right also found tube to fill tube behind unit not connected. Removed old clamp and installed a new one. Clamped down tight and then test cycled icemaker again water comes in and no visible signs of leaks. Installed a leak board under unit and took pic. Could be the arm thats continuing to push the ice out of the way thats causing ice maker not to stop making ice. Didnt see the bucket full of ice due to customer emptying ice. Checked the unit MN SN POP Customer signed disclaimer.Put the unit into service mode and run errors.The unit had no errors. Ran a pressure test.+ Drain = +. Spin = OBB . Agitate = +. Found the front of the washer had fallen off the wooden platform it rests upon. ( Looks like the wood is shorter on the left side by wall. )Took pictures.Removed the front panel to the washer and checked the belt. Found the belt was damaged . Replaced the belt with a new one supplied by Marcone. Unplugged the unit and removed the control and top panelUnhooked all necessary wiring. Removed the heat pump module.Removed the blower from the old heat pump and installed it on the new one. Installed the new heat pump onto the washer . Hooked all wiring back up . Secured it and reassembled the unit.Plugged it in and put unit into service mode.Ran auto test on heat pump . It tested good.Put some clothing into the unit and started a regular cycle.When the clothes got good and wet I stopped it and restarted it on a dry only cycle. Customer signed disclaimer. Put into service diagnostics. Quick test went thru didnt leak. Also there are no error codes present. Put a load in and started a quick wash cycle.Customer is using HE Tide pods for soap she was putting them in the dispenser. Make sure pods go inside unit not dispenser and to use washing machine cleaner on a regular basis. To prevent soap build up in unit that can cause a over flow issue. Started a clean cycle. Unit foamed up alot and started to foam out of vent. Unit needs to be cleaned more often on a regular basis. Ran thru 2 cycles of cleaning unit. Put a leak board under unit and took pic.
